• BSEE or equivalent (MSEE preferred)
• Strong programming skills with C++, knowledge of OOP, STL
• Experience with SystemC open source libraries
  
• Knowledge of Verilog or VHDL
• Expertise in GNU/Linux and GNU/Linux utilities
• FPGA or hardware emulation experience
